Road ID, makers of durable, comfortable identification products for athletes of all kinds, has agreed to sponsor the Pikes Peak Triathlon Club for the National Club Challenge. It's getting down to the wire with the swimming, cycling and running (espcially running!). The Pikes Peak Triathlon Club is holding it's own against some stiff competition. Now we have gift certificates from Road ID for awards, in addition to swag from the rest of our great sponsors.
Having identification is important both for club members and their familes. We are out on the roads, the trails and lakes during both training and racing. We all hope that nothing will happen, but if it does... Identification is key to rapid response and contacting of emergency contacts.
